We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our culinary team. The Cook will work closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for food.


  • Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including food preparation areas, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management team.


  • Proven experience as a Cook or Line Cook in a restaurant or food service establishment.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
  • Ability to follow recipes and prepare the dishes and products according to presentation instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus.
